Small Package Design Consultation

Wondering how to update your home without breaking the budget? The Small Package Design Consultation is the perfect place to begin. This package will offer you creative and inspiring suggestions. By the end of this consultation you will have a clear directive to tackle your home project. We will walk through your home with you and answer any design questions and dilemmas that you are facing. This Design Package is the best option if you are looking at updating one or two rooms. Popular topics of discussion include (but are not limited to!) furniture choices and layout, paint colours, functionality, achieving a specific style in your home.

Included:

• One hour in home consult with one of our designers.

• Within one week of the consultation, you will receive a write up of all points that were discussed including ideas discussed, where to look for filling in your design needs, and/or spatial planning.

Fee is $250.00 (plus travel outside of Melfort)

Large Package Design Consultation

Working through a home project can be daunting and overwhelming, we strive to make this process less stressful and maybe even fun! We work closely with you to create a design that fits with your personal style and functional needs. The Large Package Design Consultation is going to be the best option if you are planning on tackling more than one room in your home, or extensive renovations are happening.

This Design Package includes

• 2 hour in home consultation (or in store if it’s a new build project) with Jessica Houston. We will run through all the design and functionality dilemmas.

• Within two to four weeks, we will send you all the notes that were discussed at our consultation, plus a visual design board to gain clear direction for where the project is heading. We include one revision of the design board with your initial pricing.

Fee is $600.00 (plus travel outside of Melfort)

Full Service Design Package

For any project, of any size, this package will take some of the stress off building new or renovating. We work with you and your contractor, to ensure that your home is a reflection of you and your style. We pay close attention to details so that your home will be functional as well as beautiful. You can be involved as much or little as you feel comfortable with. We are here to help your design dreams become a reality.

Includes:

• In-Home Design Consultation with Jessica & Julie

• Design Proposal with visuals to showcase the direction of your project

• Additional design boards including revisions

• Material boards and samples of products that will be implemented into your design

• Spatial planning

• Sourcing & purchasing of all decor & furniture

• In-home furniture & decor set-up and staging

Because there is so much variance between each project regarding the scope of work, there is no set price. We will require a $1500 retainer, which will then go towards the beginning of the project. You will then be billed hourly and sent invoicing once a month.
